I lead Vinyasa flow yoga which practices include intuitive sequences while working on flexibility, strength, balance, breath, and, most importantly PLAY

Yoga is a practice that originated in ancient India and has become popular worldwide as a way to improve physical and mental health through a combination of physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation techniques.

My classes always start with inviting ALL parts of ourselves to the mat… our Physical (the quantity of our energy), Emotional (the quality of our energy), Mental (the focus of our energy) and Spiritual (the force of our energy). After the invitation, we set an intention, a connection to being present or openness to new possibilities. We end the class in savasana, as a means of relaxation and integration, and reiki.

I am a certified instructor registered with Yoga Alliance. I’ve earned my 200-hour certificate through YogaWorks and my 300-hour training to become E-RYT 500 certified.
